Service Description
This Mantrailing workshop is suitable for anyone, from newbies to experienced Trailers. We will be trailing around the beautiful grounds of Arlington Court. We aim to make these sessions accessible for all, but the location will determine whether it suits reactive dogs. Please get in touch if you are unsure. Attendees will be split into 2 groups trailing simultaneously, depending on experience. Arlington Court is a public area, therefore we cannot guarantee we won't meet dogs or people. Please bear this in mind when booking. The session is aimed at 2 hours but may be under or over run depending on the dogs attending. Dogs must be wearing a harness to trail.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given unless we have to cancel the session. We reserve the right to deduct any unavoidable costs before issuing refunds. We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to extreme circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. In such circumstances you can choose to have a refund or transfer your booking to another date. Your dog is your responsibility at all times. By booking you agree to be considerate and compassionate towards others needs within the group and wider area. We will not tolerate harsh handling towards your dog or rude or abusive behaviour aimed at either us or other students. This applies both in person or online. Prong collars, electric collars or slip leads are not permitted to be used during classes or events. Dogs must be trailed on a harness. (If your dog has a real issue with a harness please contact us so we can discuss options.)
